Picking up where we left off at the end of Part One . . .
During this 1,000-year dispensation, the natural environment will be restored and world-wide peace will be the norm. For those who will be there, this will be a great time to be on planet Earth.
Satan, during this 1,000-year period is confined in the most secure section of Hades.
However, at the end of this 1,000-year period, Satan is released from Hades and is allowed to organize one last rebellion, only to be destroyed by divine intervention, and he himself being tossed into the lake of fire for all of eternity future (Rev. 20: 10).
He and his Eph.6: 12 forces of evil will not be spending all of Eternity future alone. This lake of fire will also be the final destination of all human unbelievers, as well (Rev. 20: 13, 15).
It is only after the future 7-year Tribulation period and the 1,000-year period of the Millennial Kingdom here on Earth are completed, that planet Earth is melted away (2Pet. 3: 10) and replaced (Rev. 21: 1).
God, by divine design, tells us ALL that we need to know, but not all of the details that we would like to know, leaving gaps with unanswered questions that we are called to fill with faith. Such gaps with (presently) unanswered question are what Scripture refers to as the secret things of God (Deut. 29: 29).
Therefore, planet Earth and the human beings will continue to coexist until all of the End Time events have come and gone. Even if the Rapture were to take place today, the dispensations of the Tribulation and the Millennial Kingdom alone account for at least another 1,007 years of human history, yet to come.
That doesn’t mean that the horrific events of the End Time prophecies aren’t going to take place, wiping out many and tormenting large portions of the human population that are on the Earth at that time.
In the meantime, God is in charge, as He always has been, is now, and always will be. Nothing has ever happened, is not happening now, or will ever happen, without having first passed through the filters of God’s direct, permissive, or over-ruling will.
Nothing, has ever happened, including the Fall of Man or what Satan and Eph. 6: 12 forces have done, are doing, or will do throughout the course of human history, that took or will take God by surprise, or that have changed the Master Plan of God.
The Master Plan of God, containing all the events that will take place throughout the course of human history was recorded in the Divine Decree that God authored BEFORE this world, or any of its inhabitants, were even created (Eph. 1: 4).
Using the free will and freedom of choice that God has given to each individual soul, each one of us self-determines where we will be when the Rapture, and the events that follow, take place.
Keep in mind, that it will be too late for anyone to get his act together, setting the stage for where and how he or she will be, once the “curtain falls.” The curtain falls when one departs this world, be it by way of the Rapture, one by way of one’s individual death, whichever comes first.
The good news, for those who will be there, is that when the world as we know no longer exists, there is a new one coming that is going to take its place (Rev. 21: 1).
Details of what is going to take place during these separate End Time events can be found in such sources as the pages of John’s Revelation (the last book of the Bible), and a few other passages of Scripture, as well.
Many believe that the time for the Rapture is at our doorstep now!
Regardless, the wise will live each day as if it were his last, making the best of the time, before the curtain falls, be it by way of the Rapture, or by one’s own physical death. 150,000 souls depart this world every day. For many of them, with their departure was the last thing that was on their mind when they went to bed last night, or got up this morning.
What human viewpoint and what divine viewpoint would call making the best of our time, is quite different. Human viewpoint is focused on the here and now, whereas divine viewpoint is focused on eternity future.
Where each and every human soul, that has ever been created, will be when and during these different End Time events take place, and how he or she will experience them, is determined by each one’s chosen response to God’s call to salvation, and then in the case of Church Age believers, the post (after) salvation call to Biblical discipleship.
As of the Church Age, God’s call to salvation takes place after each soul reaches the age or stage of moral accountability and is presented with the unadulterated Gospel Message, encapsulated in John 3: 16, 18, affording him or her to meet the one requirement to be born-again.
As of the Church Age, God’s call to post-salvation discipleship, is on the table each and every day of one’s o salvation spiritual life. One’s response to His call to salvation determines WHERE one will find oneself when the inevitable End Time events takes place, be it here on Earth, in Heaven, or in the Torments of Hades awaiting transfer to the lake of fire.
A born-again believer’s response to the daily call to Biblical discipleship determines how he or she will experience eternity future, that being with or without the reward (1Cor. 3: 14) and privileges (Rev. 2/Rev. 3) that are reserved for advancing disciples.
In closing, ask yourself, “Where and how am I going to be when the certain falls?”
