You Are An Influencer

There is a lot of talk nowadays about being an influencer.

It seems to have started with the advent of the internet, social media.

And YouTube.

I call it “Me-Tube", because of the self-focus involved in having your own channel. There is a lot of emphasis put on gaining subscribers and followers.

And there is all the talk about "branding". 

Why all of this sudden focus on becoming an influencer?

Because you are already an influencer.

You have always been one. And you will always be one...

Until the day that you shed your earth suit.

And long after you are gone.

You will leave behind a legacy that cannot be reversed…

For better. Or for worse. For richer. Or for poorer. In sickness. Or in health.

The real question should be: What kind of influencer are you?

And, depending on your answer: Do you still want to be one at all?

As the saying goes:

Be careful what you wish for…

Are you ready for the responsibility that comes with influencing others?

For the good.  The bad. The ugly. And the permanent.

Because the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. And to whom much is given, much will be required.

It will not even be possible to be a good influencer…

Until you become a good "follower"of Jesus.

For that, you will definitely need to Like, Follow, Share and Subscribe to Jesus!

You are an Influencer.

Just make sure that you are always...
