Secret

She couldn’t keep a secret
She had spent loads of money on doctors, and she was still bleeding all the time just as she had for twelve years.
But now! She heard about a Man called Jesus who could heal sick folk like her.
So she decided to creep up behind Him and just touch the edge of His cloak.
And that’s what she did.
Wow! Straight away she knew she was completely healed!

But she couldn't keep it secret.
Straight away, Jesus turned and said “Who touched Me?”
He had felt power go out of Him to someone in need of healing.
Realizing that Jesus knew all about her, the woman fell down at his feet and told Him the whole truth about herself.
Jesus said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction.”

None of us can hide ourselves, our condition, our activities, anything, from Jesus.
It is precious to know that He is the same yesterday, today, and for ever. Hebrews 13:8.

And there is a beautiful promise in Philippians 4:19. “And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”
