GODS WORD IS STRONGER THAN SATAN’S LIES

And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will kill with the breath of his mouth and bring to nothing by the appearance of his coming.
 2 Thessalonians 2:8 ESV

The Apostle Paul had good reason in admonishing us not to conformed to the world around us, but rather, seek with diligence, to be transformed by the renewing of our mind. What is good and acceptable living for God’s honor. (Romans 12:1-2) Our growing into Christlikeness by daily renewing our mindset upon heavenly values and character qualities. God’s ways are indeed, so much higher than the reasoning of man. Isaiah 55: 8-9 make it crystal clear who we belong to. As the heavens are higher than earth, so too, is the power of God over all that Satan will throw at us!

The voice of God’s word is our weapon or sword, against all that is thrown at us. Today ,in our age of ‘artificial intelligence’ in technology, we must be ever discerning. What is important over what people consider as urgent. Not only marketing technics of products and services, presented before us, but how we live out our daily experience through faith alone through Christ alone!

When we daily live out our experiences and responsibilities from the voice of God’s word, laid up in our heart, then we know we are equipped for Spiritual warfare. Jesus is our example when Satan confronted him with lies and temptations. Remember what Jesus said to Satan?   

But he answered, “It is written, “‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’” Mathew 4:4

The sword Jesus used, God’s inexhaustible and authoritative word is also our defense against all the arrows that fly at us day or night.

Father, thank you for putting your word in our heart as defense against those ‘nothings’ or lies of the evil lawless one.
