The old man’s snoring
And the dog ran away
With the spoon

The nights a nearing
The old man’s fearing
And the cow is stuck
On the moon
The skies not clearing
The clouds there nearing
And little boy blue’s
outta tune

Don’t worry things are gonna get better
Things are gonna get better, someday
So they say
Gonna get better, just believe
Take the time to receive
The blessing that’s been
Given to you

Dawn is coming
Son’s arising
The needle is found
In the hay

The harp is playing
Giants running
The goose her egg
She will lay
