A word from the Lord
Separate yourselves and be holy unto the LORD. You cannot serve two masters. You cannot serve sin and righteousness. You are either a slave to sin, or you are a slave to righteousness[1]. How long will you stand between two opinions? If God is God then serve Him. If Baal is God then serve him.
I know. You see the title of this article, and many get a sense of dread all over themselves. Many may roll their eyes and say, “Here she goes again. And many believe they are Christians. They believe that they are true followers of Yeshua. I was one of them. I went part of the way in relationship with Christ until one day, reality jumped up and bit me. That’s a story for another time. I did not go all of the way. In other words, I did not embrace all of who my Savior is, and I continue to learn more and more daily about His grace. It is imperative to truly believe in Him, for this is the work he has commanded us to do. To embrace Yeshua, is to walk in submission to him as Lord (master) and Savior (Messiah and King).
You cannot be both hot and cold. Yeshua would rather you be either hot or cold. For when you combine hot water with cold water you get lukewarm water. Lukewarm is like having made a hot cup of coffee that you’ve allowed to sit without a heating element under it. When you return to it, you expect it to be hot, but to your unexpected surprise, it has become lukewarm (on its way to becoming cold). When you take a sip from it expecting it to be hot, your mind instantly rejects it, because its not what you expected, nor is it what you want. This is the same with Christ. So separate yourselves from the ways of the world and be Holy Unto the LORD[2].
Many of us in the church are doing just this. We mix many things of the world into our hearts with, including and equating it to being a disciple of Yeshua. This is not what our Redeemer died for. He became a sacrifice to deliver us from the power of sin, not to stir it into a mixture with righteousness. The two don’t mix. You can’t serve sin and righteousness. We are all a slave to something. What are you a slave to, sin or righteousness, Yeshua and his way or the way of the world?
Please hear what I am saying. Do not hear or ponder what I am not saying. What I am saying is clear. “You will not receive the Kingdom of God being lukewarm.” I know many may say, who does she think she is (those of you who personally know me, know of my previous life, sins, and errors). I am a nobody. I am who I am today, because of the grace of God through Christ. He has called me to sound this alarm, to blow this trumpet, and I will not seize from doing so. Yes, yes I am a sinner. I am a sinner, who is saved by grace. This is who we all are, if we truly have faith in and embrace all of who Yeshua is and trust him for your salvation. He expects us to listen to His words (His teaching), and he expects us to obey them[3] He commands us not to do as the heathen[4]. He commands us not to worship Him or copy the way that the world worships their gods in worshiping Him[5]. Rom 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
The Lord is saying to His Bride to make yourself ready. Do not do as the world. Do not adopt as their ways to be the Way that Yeshua taught. Do not take something that is not commanded of God to do as a holy day or a holy thing and declare it as Holy unto the LORD. Did he declare it? Did He command it? What He has commanded is for us to remain in his love and to remain in His Son’s love. The scriptures say, “If you love me, keep My commandments.” I know no other way to appeal to you but this way. You cannot remain in His love nor are you able to remain in the Father’s love without keeping His teaching in humble obedience. They are not suggestions. They are not placed in a table of contents like a smorgasbord for you to pick and choose what is convenient to you as food. Yeshua is not that way at all. His ways are not our ways, nor his thoughts like ours. Our Lord gave his all. He gave his life to redeem us from sin. To follow another way is sin. I am like you in that I didn’t get it. Please realize these words are not my own. These words have been placed in my heart to share with the church. We are the bride of Christ our Savior, our Redeemer. He loves us so much that he warns, admonishes, reproves us, so that those who are willing to hear him will say, yes I choose you Lord. I will obey you.
When I began to write today I didn’t know that these words would form into such strong warnings. Many say and believe that the words in the New Covenant are softer than those of the old. I beg the differ. These of the new are on the foundation of Christ’s redeeming blood. He warns us of consequences also if we are not obedient. He has been sounding the trumpet for many years not to do as the world. There is a time coming and is already here that strong delusions have come on those who are disobedient. Here are the scriptures. These delusions will come on those who refuse to except the truth. This refusal can be so subtle that we don’t realize the disobedience of hearts because we are playing the compromise game and the substitution game. These are words for you to ponder before the Lord. Ask the Holy Spirit what it means today.
From the Tree Of Life Version 2 Thes. Chapter 2
The Man of Lawlessness
1Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, concerning the coming of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah and our gathering together to Him, not to get shaken out of your mind or disturbed—either by a spirit or a word or a letter as if through us—as though the Day of the Lord has come. 3Let no one deceive you in any way, for the Day will not come unless the rebellion comes first and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the one destined to be destroyed. 4He opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he sits in the Temple of God, proclaiming himself that he is God. 5Don’t you remember that when I was still with you I was telling you these things? 6And you know what now holds back, for him to be revealed in his own time. 7For the mystery of lawlessness is already operating; only there is one who holds back just now, until he is taken out of the way. 8Then the lawless one will be revealed. The Lord Yeshua will slay him with the breath of His mouth and wipe him out with the appearance of His coming.
9The coming of the lawless one is connected to the activity of satan, with all power and signs and false wonders, 10and with every kind of wicked deception toward those who are perishing. They perish because they did not accept the love of the truth so as to be saved.
11For this reason God sends them a delusional force, to lead them to believe what is false,
12so that they may be judged—all those who did not believe the truth but delighted in wickedness.
Stand Firm
13But we should always give thanks to God for you, brothers and sisters loved by the Lord, because God chose you as firstfruits for salvation through sanctification by the Ruach (the Holy Spirit) and belief in the truth. 14He called you to this salvation through our proclaiming the Good News, for you to gain the glory of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah. 15So then, brothers and sisters, stand firm and hold on to the traditions which you were taught, whether by word of mouth or by our letter. 16Now may our Lord Yeshua the Messiah Himself and God our Father, who loved us and by grace gave us eternal comfort and good hope, 17comfort and strengthen your hearts in every good deed and word.
The Bride Must Make Herself Ready
Hidden sins and intentions come forth in various forms that the naked eye does not realize. These sins manifest themselves in ways that are acceptable in the eyes of today society, so be ware, and watch. Do not except the lies of religion. Do not touch those things. If it is not a part of the teaching of Christ do not practice it. Remember the warning throughout both the old and new testament concerning those things, and that God will allow those who will not embrace the truth of righteousness through Christ to believing lies and delusions. The things that are acceptable to society and looked at as a form of righteousness to the world, do they match what the Lord has taught the Church? Are these behaviors and things that we except as holy, truly scriptural? This is for you to ponder. Study learn and cleave to the Lord. The Holy Spirit will lead you into all truth. Just ask Him. Make yourself ready or you will believe a lie.
Bride make yourself ready: Revelation 19:6-10
The Marriage Supper of the Lamb
6And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. 7Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. 8And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. 9And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God. 10And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Yeshua: worship God: for the testimony of Yeshua is the spirit of prophecy.
So Bride, make yourself ready. Stop adding to the faith of our Lord. Put on the fine linen of righteousness. Prepare yourself Church for the ultimate union with Christ. Know that the stakes are irreversibly high when adding to or mixing can lead to eternal separation from God. We are called to be faithful and pure in His sight. Remember the lukewarm coffee. Don’t get rejected. Do not embrace the lie. Embrace all of Yeshua. His table is not a smorgasbord of compromise. Remember that he is returning for a bride without spot or wrinkle. A bride without compromise of His Truth and his Way. “the testimony of Yeshua is the Spirit of prophesy.”
I pray that as you continue in your walk that you will yield to and ask the Holy Spirit to show and teach you what Truth is (Yeshua is the Truth), so that you will know and follow Yeshua with all of your heart. That you will love the LORD with all your heart, mind soul, and strength as we are commanded to do.
As always, I ask that you take these words before the thrown of God and ask the King of Kings if these words are true and edifying for the saints. Are these words of truth? Are these words of wisdom? Should these words be considered and applied to your heart? Please ponder and consider them.
Make the Right Choice
The Savior is returning soon. He is coming back. He is coming for a bride without spot or blemish. I am so thankful that the Father by His Spirit works in us to both will and do his good pleasure, and His pleasure is for us to be like Him. Meditate on this please! “His pleasure is for us to be like Him.” To be like our Savior Yeshua who is the Lamb of God that has no spots or blemishes, and who takes away the sins of the world. There is no evil in his thinking. There is no darkness in his ways. There is no evil in his heart towards us. There is no guile or deception in the words that come from his mouth. We must be like Him.
Be blessed in our Lord. Amen
[1] Rom 6:15-16 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
[2] Rev 3:15-22 “’I know your works: you are neither cold nor hot. Would that you were either cold or hot! 16So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth. 17For you say, “I am rich, I have prospered, and I need nothing,” not realizing that you are wretched, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked. 18I counsel you to buy from me gold refined by fire, so that you may be rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself and the shame of your nakedness may not be seen, and salve to anoint your eyes, so that you may see. 19 Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline, so be zealous and repent. 20Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me. 21The one who conquers, I will grant him to sit with me on my throne, as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne. 22He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’”
[3] Rom 12:1-2 I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. 2Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
[4] Dt 12:30b-32 and that thou enquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise. 31Thou shalt not do so unto the LORD thy God: for every abomination to the LORD, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods. 32What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.
[5] Jer 10:2-5 Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them….
