So Peter and the other disciple started for the tomb. Both were running, but the other disciple outran Peter and reached the tomb first. He bent over and looked in at the strips of linen lying there but did not go in. Then Simon Peter came along behind him and went straight into the tomb. He saw the strips of linen lying there, as well as the cloth that had been wrapped around Jesus’ head. The cloth was still lying in its place, separate from the linen. John 20:3-7 NIV

Before you came to Christ, did you reach a point where you could “see” the grave you lived inside and all that surrounded you? Did you finally realize that this was not where you wanted to spend your life? You wanted out but did not know how to get out of this grave. You cannot do it on your own. You need the Master to pull you out of that greave. By giving your heart to Him, He then will lift you from the grave which enslaved you to the world. How did you feel when you first saw the light outside the grave, the light which is Jesus Christ?
