To have the guts to speak out loud
The truth that contradicts the crowd,
To say it with respect and grace
Not in the dark but face to face
Requires someone who is convinced
That what he says is common sense
And Charlie Kirk was one of those
Who didn’t wilt before his foes.

He counteracted all things woke,
The truth of God in all he spoke
And though they killed him in his prime
His witness marches on with time
As others rise to carry on
The work that Charlie Kirk begun;
The turning point that he embraced
No bomb or bullet can erase.
