With Christ it was never about who or what might contaminate Him by contact, but whom he would purify or heal by His touch. And He isn't only near at this moment, He's here . Jesus is even nearer than here. Planted in His Holy Presence, there is no telling who we may grow to be. To the ones of us so deeply dyed in a dark identity from the distant past, He draws near, having shed blood that sinks way deeper than the dark dye.
