Imagine being caught in the middle of the profane crossfire of a bitter argument between two or three people you cared about deeply and not being able to do or say anything to help defuse the conflict. Anything you said or did would likely make matters worse or appear that you were taking sides. It is tearing you apart to see these loved ones destroying each other.  Your would want OUT of that tortuous situation as fast as possible!

Now imagine being caught and held as though embraced in the middle of the prayer of loving agreement among three Persons you love when the groanings of One are being perfectly interpreted by the Other and put in̈to eloquently persuasive terms by still Another.  You are participating in the seamless unity of Their sacred interactions, yes, even participating in God's oneness with Himself.  You are privileged to be touching each Member of the Trinity simultaneously, and to be praying for literally millions of requests at once as They do routinely. Also you are in the favored position of intimately partaking of some of the depth of Their fellowship and of the fruit of Their communion One with the Other with the Other.  It is another kind of crossfire you are being held in, but this time the Cross ✝️ and the Fire 🔥 are holy...
