Hebrews, Chapter 4: verses 13 and 12
Speaking of God's knowledge:
v. 13 “Neither is there ANY creature that is not in full view in His sight: but ALL THINGS are naked and opened unto the eyes of Him with Whom we have to do.”
So HOW do we know ourselves as He knows us and correctly adjust ourselves?
By routine reading of God’s Word! Here is why verse 13 begins with “Neither.”
v. 12 “The Word of God is quick (alive) and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing apart of soul and spirit, and joints and marrow, AND IS A DISCERNER OF THE THOUGHTS AND INTENTIONS OF OUR HEARTS.
Look again at verse 13:
Also, “Neither is there ANY creature that is not fully naked in His sight”... to Him to Whom we must answer, and give account of our thoughts, intentions, and our words, and our deeds.
Since this is an irrevocable fact, are we comfortable with the things God knows about us?
