THE TRUE GOSPEL!
The Good News is the love of Jesus Christ we're sent to preach. Its first, our love, respect and care for each other, so we can effectively do the same to others. People always respond favourably when they perceive and see true love in practice. Not when they hear or see only tons of theology, theory or tricks!
John 13.35.
Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples."
All Jesus did BEFORE He ever preached a sermon was to SHOW people that He cared and loved them. How? By feeding the hungry, healing the sick, casting out devils, serving and meeting human needs!
Jesus Christ was driven by COMPASSION, and not by COMPETITION, COMPENSATION or COMPROMISE, and so, everyone rushed to listen and believe in Him! We become ineffective as God's ministers, messengers and disciples, not because we're not eloquent or knowledgeable, but because we're selfish, proud and greedy and carnal.
Today, mere religion is all we find everywhere! God's Kingdom is people oriented, others first and servicing them pleases God greatly. Our love opens their hearts and brings them to Jesus Christ. When we care for others first, God personally meets our needs promptly and abundantly. Hallelujah!
