NEVER DELAY!
Have you noticed God blessing or answering someone's prayers quickly? Then know that they are quick in obeying the Lord! God has no favorites and not a respecter of persons!
When we delay or procrastinate in obeying the Lord, He also procrastinates in answering our prayers or responding to us. Procrastination is a subtle spirit that DELAYS the manifestation of the blessings of God in our lives. This is because God deals with us the way we deal with or respond to Him. For its written, To the faithful, God shows Himself faithful.
However, the Lord is gracious to the repentant. Repent quickly and obey Him promptly.
Be prompt to - forgive wrongs, repent quickly and wholeheartedly, give compassionately and generously, love others, your spouse, children and family and even those against us because people are really not our enemies but the devil and demons, help someone in need without being asked, be compassionate to those burdened, oppressed and struggling, serve faithfully and selflessly, be thoughtful and thankful, pray about everything and listen for God's response, worship the Lord for who He is and all He has done, be grateful for everything including seemingly small provisions, be appreciative of others and their support , read and meditate on God's Word and promises regularly, give thanks to God for everything, apologize for mistakes and offenses.
Be prompt to - be supportive of good deeds and intensions, share and preach the gospel through every opportunity and available media, intercede for leaders to be saved and God's wisdom to lead well, intercede also for sinners and others, for every sinner is a potential saint and everyone in error needs the help or grace of God to change. Please don't delay. Prompt obedience to God is everything!
Many people procrastinate with many cogent but flimsy excuses. This is a product of unbelief, the ultimate sin. Prompt obedience commits God to bless us promptly. When you have anything to do for God, whether its to share His Word, visit the sick and afflicted or give to support the gospel, press through whatever discomfort or obstacle to get it done promptly.
That is the secret of experiencing incredible, REGULAR blessings in your life and ministry PROMPTLY. Hallelujah!
