Great Crowds Praising

Great crowds came to him, bringing the lame, the blind, the crippled, the mute and many others, and laid them at his feet; and he healed them. The people were amazed when they saw the mute speaking, the crippled made well, the lame walking and the blind seeing. And they praised the God of Israel. Matthew 15:30-31 NIV

Here we read that great crowds were praising the God of Israel in seeing the works of Jesus. How much do we praise God for that which we see the Lord doing in our life? It is easy to take for granted what Christ does for us, but that certainly should not be the case. God is gracious and merciful to us, and we should never lose sight of this fact. We should not just praise God for what He has done for us but also should praise Him for who He is. God always deserves our praise and worship.
