Not For Condemnation

For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. John 3:17 NIV

God the Father did not send Jesus to the world to condemn His creation. To the contrary He sent the Son to save the world. People have an issue with the idea of God condemning someone to an eternity in hell. But it is not God who does this, rather it is the individual themselves. God is holy and righteous and pure. Evil and sin cannot stand in His presence. We were born into sin. We need a Savior to rescue us from our sins. Christ did that at Calvary. So, we each must make the choice which determines our eternal destiny. God only gives us that for which we ask. If by our actions we ask for condemnation by not choosing to be rescued, then we shall not be rescued. The offer is made to all. Make your choice.
