Don’t Be Double Minded

 So then, on the one hand I myself with my mind am serving the law of God, but on the other, with my flesh the law of sin.” Romans 7:25 NASB

 What will it be the Law of God or Law of Sin? Will you continue to be doubled minded?  Severing God only in your head but continuing to satisfy your flesh with the sins of this world.

 Maybe it is time to take a stand against the sinful things that are being served to you daily.  Are you watching what you feed yourself? If it is completely against any form of Godliness don’t eat it.  You know in your heart when you  go against things that God has clearly stated in His word are sins.

  Stand firm, be bold in your faith —and stop taking part in ungodliness. Are you concerned you will be an out cast? That didn’t stop Jesus from being bold. He stood firm in everything His Father taught Him when Satan tempted Him.

 “Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.” James 4:7-8 NASB

 God is a loving God, He will not force Himself on anyone, but He is there for everyone that wants Him in their lives. He gives us the life we choose to live, it is up to us, we need to Choose wisely!

 “The good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth what is good; and the evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth what is evil; for his mouth speaks from that which fills his heart.” Luke 6:45 NASB

 Prayer: Lord help me to stand bold against every worldly desire, thought, and action that would go against you.  Help me to stand firm in the way I should be living my life.
