“Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean;
wash me, and I will be whiter than snow.
Let me hear joy and gladness;
let the bones you have crushed rejoice.
Hide your face from my sins
and blot out all my iniquity.
Create in me a pure heart, O God,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

For revival to truly take place within the nations it must first start within our own hearts.

King David had to finally come to a breaking point where he acknowledged his sin and allowed God to touch his heart and purge him. 

When we hold onto things in our lives that closes the door for a healthy relationship with God and we not only hurt ourself, but those that we are meant to touch. 

We cannot forge good and honest friendships if we aren’t even honest and open with our Heavenly Father. 

Prayer:

Abba, just like King David said we need you to cleanse us from all unworthiness. We desire to be pure and honest before Your eyes. 

In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
