Must means Must

Absolutely certain.
Clear-cut.
Unambiguous.
Unquestionable.
Must!

Jesus is the Truth. John 14:6.
He is the truth.
He always speaks the truth.
That is why He told a very religious man, ‘You MUST be born again.’ John 3:7.

To become a true child of God, there is no other way than that which our Saviour states so clearly: ‘You must be born again.’

Being brought up in a Christian family doesn’t make you a child of God.
God has no grandchildren.
Baptism doesn’t make you a child of God.
Christian education doesn’t.
Going to church doesn’t.
Taking the sacraments doesn’t.
Wonderful privilege though it is, reading the Bible doesn’t make you a Christian.
Spending a long time in prayer doesn’t make you a Christian.
No.
No.
No.
There is only one way.
‘You MUST be born again.’

Confess your sins, trust in Him and His substitutionary death on the Cross at Calvary and God the Holy Spirit will give you that precious, that beautiful new birth, that new life in Jesus.
There is no other way.
Praise the Lord that ‘You MUST be born again.’
