Part 2: Right to the Point

Whether you are a male or a female, IF you continue to take abuse the Abuser will continue to abuse you.

Some people stay in relationships of abuse and die in it because the Abuser said they “loved” them.

Some abused people lose it after too many years of abuse and kill the Abuser.

Some people finally get smart enough to understand, “There is no love in the abusive behavior.”

Abusers are all alike. They abuse until they see you intend to make a change, then they cry and beg, they plead for forgiveness and vow never to do it again. IF you relent and return to the relationship they are good for a few weeks, until everything is back as usual, and they begin the abuse all over again. It is a non-ending cycle.

When the abused one gets wise they understand several things:

1. God will not make the Abuser stop it. God will hold them accountable, but God does NOT make people DO right, and the Devil CANNOT make people DO wrong. It is the choice of every individual to choose to do right or wrong.

2. Therefore, the Abuser abuses because they do not wish to stop it.

3. Therefore, IF the abused does not put a stop to it, it will continue until death takes one or the other.

4. This is very critical, abused persons with children often think they are enduring for the sake of their children having a home. BUT, children do not grow healthy with the home soil being on the fringes of Hell, living each day in a war zone. Even on days when it isn’t happening, having to be fearful that it will erupt. Children do not feel protected in this kind of atmosphere.

5. The outcome you never expected is that your children will grow up with a disrespect for you, seeing you as one that would not respect yourself and possibly, due to your weakness, not either protect them. They may love you right on, but their psyche was damaged by the terror. And to them it is terror. They are helpless to intervene. In the final analysis it was not a Home, it was rather a Hell-Hole of horror.

So, what choice does a sane person have but to separate. If divorce is not in your book of possibilities then separation is your choice. It all you are left with because:

1. Murder is both unGodly and illegal.

2. Fighting back will get you killed by your Abuser, if they are a physical Abuser.

3. Separation is the only way to stop the horrible actions going on in your home and in front of your children.

Make your separation legal and get child support delegated by the Court, and stay somewhere out of reach of the Abuser. Abusers will not support their children due to character. They don’t have character.

Abusers NEED YOU to control. It is vital to their sickness. The suggested thing is to move far enough away that it is too much trouble to them to come after you.

My final comments are these:

Don’t wait until you are 80 years old to figure this out. Listen to one who reads the road signs well.

The first time your spouse hits you physically. You might think it was only a fluke of lack of self-control and find it in your heart to forgive them. When your spouse hits you the second time, if you are wise, you will separate from them because from that time on IF you take it THEN you are accomplice to the evil they do to you.

None of us should lower ourselves to such a level and especially to one who vows that the LOVE us. They don’t. They NEED us to feel they control something, since they cannot control themselves.

IF a person makes the choice to remain in such a bad relationship, THEN do not consider yourself to be victimized. You are a party to it.

Jesus said that Moses permitted divorce due to the hardness of men’s hearts. Jesus approved, because He knows PEOPLE ALL DO WHAT THEY CHOSE TO DO. He will hold us accountable for our choices, BUT He will not make us choose right.

So, IF a person won’t do right in a marriage, either to stop inflammatory verbal abuse and specifically physical abuse, then what are your choices?
