This side of Heaven, none of us shall be perfect. God is perfect, as that is His nature. We must strive to be perfect. Perfection is a work in process for those of us who are Christians. We strive to be Godly, to seek after that which is righteous. Yes, at times we do fail, but if we turn back to the Lord with a repentant heart, He stands ready to forgive us and lift us back up that we might walk down the road again toward perfection. When we reach our eternal reward, our residence in Heaven, we then shall be perfect. Don’t give up the pursuit of perfection. Live your life for Christ!
