Three Things About Wilderness Experience

Wilderness is a place laided with adversity in various forms. No comfort at all except for those who have The Comforter in them, that is the Holy Spirit. Many times, it is a place of loneliness where no one is available to offer any help.

In wilderness, common friends are birds, reptiles, animals of various forms and sizes as well as trees of all kinds. Yet people of God have wilderness experience.

Why?

The Lord may design a visit to the wilderness for His people. God has the best for His own. However, there are times when the life of His people is danger or their welfare is being threatened; the Lord in His infinite wisdom will not keep His fingers crossed. He will act. Sending His people to the wilderness is an option before Him.
This is saying that a wilderness experience may be designed by the Lord for the benefits of His people.

One, safety and protection of His people is uppermost in His heart. The Lord can send His people to wilderness for safety; in the place, He will protect them against every harm that may want to befall them.
Many times, wilderness is a place of safety and protection for people of God.

Two, every wilderness experience has an end. Such experience has a time when it will expire. Whatever has a beginning must have an ending. So it is with wilderness experience.

Three, there is a provision of God for His people in every wilderness. He cares for them when no one is available. He cares for every need at the moment. His people will lack nothing. That is God with His people in the wilderness.

The following words from the Holy Bible reveal these.
"[6]And the woman fled into the wilderness, where God had prepared a place to care for her for 1,260 days.
[14]But she was given two wings like those of a great eagle so she could fly to the place prepared for her in the wilderness. There she would be cared for and protected from the dragon for a time, times, and half a time." Revelation 12. New Living Translation, NLT.

Beloved reader, are you experiencing a wilderness experience? It may be designed by your Maker for your own benefits. If you are His own, He will not leave nor forsake you. He is with you, to care for you and protect you. No evil will befall you in your wilderness and after your time in the place has come to pass.
Stay blessed and prepared for the imminent coming of the Lord.
