Love's promise to every girl and boy
Is honest, full of hope and joy!
You will find no better gift there,
Right beneath your Christmas tree,
Than the love that's promised 
For you, also me.

Love's virtue for every boy and girl,
Won't hurt you, watch how it unfurls.
As your heart will guide you, follow it,
And help your fellow man.
Only then, my friend, you've grown to understand. 

Love is the source of every soul,
Every action in Thanksgiving. 
Love is the peace that we behold,
Through our forgiving.

Love's courage, real, protective shield
Will urge us to fight for how we feel.
Never give your fears a place in your mind,
Look elsewhere for home.
Only then, my friend,
You'll  find you're not alone.
