Find Something Good to Say          Jane H. Young

 If everyone would purposely say something nice to at least one person each day I think the world would be a better place to live. Maybe we would start a pandemic of niceness, Lord only knows we could use it about now.

 “The heart of the wise instructs his mouth And adds persuasiveness to his lips. Pleasant words are a honeycomb, Sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.”Proverbs 16:23-24 

Try to make at least one person smile each day, you can speak just one kind word to anyone, doesn’t matter who. Then try to count up, if you dare, the possible amount of happiness just you could spread in a week, in a year, in a lifetime!

 The lack of courtesy and an abundance of impatience in today's world is out of control. Everyone seems to be full of some kind of rage, road rage and even restaurant rage, standing in the grocery store waiting to check out rage.

 There is  power in a loving touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment,  you could be the life changing factor in someone day. Give it a try, make an on purpose decision today to be the person you would want to bump into if you were down. 

 Go ahead try it, look in the mirror say something nice to yourself and flash a great big happy smile, now go out and share that with others, like you mean it. Oh what a blessing you are going to be, this is going to be a great day?

 Prayer: Father as I continue on my day, show me who badly needs a kind word, a caring smile or helping hand. Lord help me get over myself and see the hurting world around me. I want to be that person that spreads happiness, peace, and joy throughout each day.
