It's a great thing to Praise The Lord. Walk in the light. Walking in the light of the Lord. SING.
Light moves. 300 thousand kilometres per one second. Removes darkness without noise. No propaganda. Kept at strategic places. Light is not kept under bushel but to enlighten. City on hill cannot be hidden.
John 5:35 John was a lamp that burned and gave light and you chose for a time to enjoy his light. Believe John, The Baptist testimony about Jesus because Jesus told this verse.
Jesus has to do ministry while it is day and night comes no man work means day when Jesus alive and night when Jesus dead. This does not tell that Pastoral care and counselling belongs only to day light but for night time also.
Fruits of light – Goodness, righteousness and truth. – Ephesians 5:9. Goodness is moral virtue. Righteousness is the ability to stand in the presence of God without guilt and condemnation. Truth is the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
You are light of the world not only of the church. Your good works have no limitations. Light is not sponsorer but light is good works. Matthew 5:16 Let your light shine before men so that they may see your good works and praise God in heaven.
John 3:21 Whoever lives by the truth comes into light so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God.
John 1:4 and 5 In him was life and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness but the darkness has not understood it, comprehend it or overcome it.
This is the verdict light has come into the world but men loved darkness instead of light. John 3.
2 Corinthians 4:6 For God who said let light shine out of darkness made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. This verse speaks of enlightenment.
Jews seek light. But they disbelieved true light. Greeks surpass knowledge. Even stoic is a person who does not react to positive or negative. Romans urge glory. Even Jerusalem once Roman colony. But Jesus is the light of the knowledge of glory of God in the face of Christ.
2 Corinthians 4:4 The God of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers so that they cannot see the light of glory of gospel of Christ who is the image of God.
John 9:39 And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind. Jesus did not come to judge but because he is God, some judgement passes in default.
Spiritual blindness means reading only known passages of the scriptures. Before God created light by just a word, darkness used to exist. And Psalm 139:11,12 says God even lives in darkness.
Light and darkness was the dualism told by Lord Jesus and his beloved Apostle John.
Whatever is illuminated becomes a light. - Ephesians. Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness but rather expose them. - Ephesians 5.
There is a candle in every soul some brightly burning some dark and cold. Carry your candle run to the darkness seek out the helpless go light your world. SING.
Word of God is light to our path. Ps 119:105.
Density of gospel, truth and light is to be revealed or make known. Kingdom of God is not about doing something, nothing or limiting, but demands results otherwise impoverished. Whoever has, given more whoever does not have, will be taken away whatever he has. Means produce results.
In heaven Jesus himself will be the light.
Do not forget because you have an unfair advantage you came from darkness once you lived to marvellous wonderful true light.
Remember the situation in which you are when you are called. Not wise and influential, nor mighty and noble. Every one came from such.
