Song Lyrics
Here is a hymn I wrote in the 1990's with two alternate melodies that originated with me. I'd came up with two at just about the same time so that people could choose which one they would prefer to sing the hymn to.
Going through some of my old cassette tapes I just came across the recording on one of my old cassettes and would like to get this published and have congregations of believers singing it throughout the local churches if possible.
If you could hear the melody you would agree it is a sacred tune and I believe the lyrics are theologically sound and Biblical.

the riches of His saving love.
And so the seed of heaven is sown
the heavenly manna from above.
Chorus/Refrain
For God alone is good
let's praise Him as we should
glad tidings He doth bring
to all who gladly sing
may this our story loudly ring
2. All praise to God our mighty king
by whom the earth and heavens were made.
Let angels holy, holy sing
the blood atonement hath been paid.
3. Go forth to battle with the sword
the everlasting word of God.
Jesus the Christ our Savior Lord
will conquer Satan with this rod.
4. Forsake him not ye sons of men
but persevere with all your breath.
Let not the world arouse your sin
and some day he'll save you from death.
