I met you when I least expected
To find love.
Twas when I recognised each star
That shone above.
Those nights I prayed
Had now remained.
When you fell into my arms softly,
So in love.

I was enchanted by the very smile
You smiled.
I was encaptured by your eyes
Just for a while.
Those nights I prayed,
I now felt saved
When I fell into your arms softly,
So in love.

Leaving our footprints by the shore,
We rode the waves and so much more!

The salty water, how your hair curled
Through the sea.
The winds had blown as they released
Your love with ease.
Those nights I prayed,
Had still remained.
Right now,
The stars have spelt your name out
Just for me.
