 have been getting this bible verse, Jeremiah: 29:11 often. It is such a reassuring verse. Most of us get caught with a lie in our mind that what we have is what's assigned for us and nothing more. Adding to that, we believe God doesn't bless us because of our ways of living or how far we have gone from Him. Basically, we are guilt tripping ourselves. Let me tell you, Jesus never thinks that way, we limit our thoughts to that. He accepts us the way we are, He loves no matter what. But we after living in a particular pattern believe, we don't deserve anything more and it is offensive to ask God.

There was a girl called Tabitha, who grew up with a wrong thinking, that she couldn't have or deserve to have more than she wanted. It was like shackles were tied to her leg from moving. There were multiple reasons for her thinking such as: 1. Being called intolerable by school friends ( out of jealousy ) even though she was not. 2. Being a witness to toxic fights in the family. 3. Looking at other kids having things that she can't have. 4. While she was working, she became sick and that was a huge threat for chances of being fired. And there were more of those depressing situations that made her settle to the thought in her mind that she can't have more. Then one day, a minister of God was passing by and happened to stop at her house to pay visits. He saw right through her on how she has been put in a bubble of lies. He asked her, "What is your idea about God and What has he been saying to you"?. She stood in a corner in silence with her eyes starring at the floor. And then she replied in a feeble tone," I don't know", "I haven't talked to talk to Him about anything", "He has so many people depending on Him and He must be busy". The minister then said, " That's where you are wrong, God is always present in every conversation. He knows all about you and your needs. It's just that you have limited yourself to a way of thinking and never reached out to Him". He then began to say, Jeremiah: 29:11: For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end". " He gives you an end that is filled with so much of hope and peace. If you choose to live a way of not allowing Jesus to minister to you, then your thoughts will be of hopelessness". Then her eyes started tearing up after hearing the truth about Jesus.

Jesus didn't come to this world to just die on the cross and leave. But He came for a purpose. He came for mankind to find forgiveness, redemption and freedom. No matter how your life was and is, it can always change when you give God His first place in your life. There are too many things that can hold a person back from finding God like, being a workaholic, anger towards people and annoyed with the way life is going. Honestly, we can't blame anyone or anything situation if we are not in the right track with God. Ask yourself, Are you giving God the first place ? Are you believing that, He defines your future and not people or situation? . The Bible says, "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you" - Matthew 6:33. It is us who are restricting God from working in our lives. I am not going to deny that we are hurt by actions of people and situations, but there is a way to be healed of all that. The answer is Jesus.

A lot of things are happening worldwide, so much bloodshed, deaths because of diseases and war. We never know when what will happen. Before we attain our personal goals, we must first and foremost dedicate our time for Jesus. Begin your day asking Jesus, what's His plan for your life and what does He want you to do for Him first? He already knows what our personal needs are and HE WILL MAKE EVERYTHING BEAUTIFUL IN HIS TIME. SEEEK GOD FIRST AND EVERYTHING YOUR DESIRE WILL BE ADDED TO YOU.
