A Christmas Letter

Christmas time has come again. It is it time to gather with family and friends. A time to remember Christmas past and Christmas present.

It can be a time of love, peace, and giving, but for some it can be a time of hardship and sorrow.

Loved ones are ill or have passed, others may be in the Armed Forces or prison, and still others maybe desolate.

It's during these times that no matter what circumstance we may be in that we need to go back to the very first Christmas. 

"For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord." Luke 2:11 KJV

Jesus was born just for these reasons. To bring hope in the mist of the impossible. Jesus was born to a virgin which in the natural is impossible. To God--not impossible. His birth was astounding and predicted way before it happened.

"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder; and his name shall be called wonderful, Counselor, the mighty God, The everlasting Father, Prince of peace." Isaiah 9:6 KJV

During this season of our Saviour's birth let us remember to portray his attributes to those around us.
