SKILLED CHRISTIAN WORKERS NEEDED

The increase in number of denomination is evident,  however, the number of effectively trained Christians workers are decreasing!  There are many activities, but how many of these are properly executed? It becomes necessary to  quickly engage people to occupy one or two positions in the denominations either for the need of it, a bait to keep them coming or an attempt to get them trapped, not minding the spiritual, emotional, educational, passion, experience, training and conviction needed. This has not helped many denominations in the effective use of time of worship, devotion and services; sometimes, it could be boring, highly politicised with rainbows of showmanship. The congregation investment of time and resources are not justified by the unskilled handling of various areas of worship programmes

This gave birth to many forms of complaints, reluctances, indifference and indiscipline seen in many denominations.  Apart from wasting the resource of  time spent in the worship by the congregation, other resources committed to that purpose are not properly utilised. If this continues, the leaders or pastorate of many denominations  must be prepared to feast on different degrees of frustrations and disappointments.  Because God is not mocked, whatsoever a man sow, must have reaped. The complaint of Moses may explain this (Numbers 11:10-15).

A Christian worker is expected to help and share burden of the leaders. However, the leader is not expected to be unskilled either.  Being able to do this, Is not independent of their trainings (spiritual and professional), spiritual experiences and commitments. Unfortunately, many joined the working team of a denomination for  many reasons and the problems obvious on the  image of the church!

 The fundamental requirements for becoming a Christian worker is not often met, before entrusting kingdom’s business to some people. These  seem not important to this generation of denominations, as long as there is the influx of crowd, their good  spiritual, emotional and skill sets are  less important. Apart from personal relationship with Christ, some works or departments in the worship centres require specialised training and qualifications to handle them effectively.

Miracle is not strange to God, neither can we access anything without faith. Unfortunately, some faiths are naked or dead, since they do not have required work.  Required skill and skill development in all areas are also necessary while dealings with God. He does things skilfully.  As much as our heart is important in His choices, all other parts must receive required enablement to function harmoniously with the heart.   

Do not go to that altar nor lead the worship without the required skill.  The fact that God may seldom inspires and bless his people through an unskilled hands and process does not mean He will always endorse unskilled hands and processes in the discharge of kingdom’s assignment! He loves skills development!
