Then the disciples went back to where they were staying. John 20:10 NIV

I wonder if the two disciples were pretty much quiet as they returned to the place where they were staying, keeping their thoughts to themselves, or were they questioning each other and speculating as to what had happened to the body of the Lord. We will never know the answer this side of heaven.

Do we ever wonder in what manner Christ is working on our behalf in heaven? Know for sure that if you are a believer that Jesus intercedes before the Heavenly Father on your behalf. Although it may appear at times that nothing is being done on our behalf, that truly is not the case. God works in ways that we can’t understand, and His timing is perfect. Just know and believe this for it is the truth.
