His Last Thing To Do

Later, knowing that everything had now been finished, and so that Scripture would be fulfilled, Jesus said, “I am thirsty.” John 19:28 NIV

As Jesus is breathing His last breaths before His death, He knows there is one thing left to do. The prophesy about Him being thirsty needed to be fulfilled. (Psalm 22:15). Who other than Christ would have done such as He prepared to breathe His last?

Keep your eyes and your heart and soul focused on Jesus as you move through life. He is always there for you. Never turn away from Him.
