If there ever was someone who lived whose prayer most assuredly would be heard, it would be the prayer of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Here, Jesus prays for those who believe in Him. Never doubt that Jesus does not pray on your behalf before the heavenly Father.
Christ is our intercessor before the Father. He speaks on our behalf. Yes, at times we fail in our endeavors to live as Christ would have us, but Christ know His own, those who upon failing feel remorse and return seeking cleansing from the One who gave His life for us.
