The ability to truly let go and forgive
Overcoming the aspects of past mistakes
Moving away from the tragedies of heartbreak

Have you allowed yourself the experience of joy
The trait of loving life rather than feeling annoyed
Breaking down the walls of unpleasantness
Getting out of the depths of helplessness

Have you partaken in any activity that fuels desire
The characteristic of being motivated to reach higher
Ignoring the noise that says you’re not worthwhile
Chasing away the burdens of doubt in style

Have you been able to sit back and relax at all
The act of taking a deep breath to rest up and avoid the fall
Dodging the attempts of others to drag you down
Pursuing the purpose that is meant for you to reach the crown
