The Father sent His Son Jesus, that through Him we might truly know the Father. Jesus taught about the Father. Phillip had asked Jesus to show them the Father, but, as Jesus told him, whoever has seen Jesus has seen the Father. Of course, here Jesus was speaking of seeing Him in the spiritual sense, as those who wish to worship God must do so in Spirit and in Truth.
Yes, Jesus brought glory to the Father, and the Father brought glory to the Son through His perfect plan for our salvation. Let us make sure to always glorify the Father and the Son through the indwelling Holy Spirit, God living inside of the believer!
