If you have been raised with Christ,
Seek the things that are above;
So in Heaven be enticed,
And the Lord will bless with love.

Set your mind on things above,
Not on things that are on earth;
For your affection thereof,
Will be showing your true worth.

Because the fact you have died,
And your life hidden with Christ;
Who ensures you are revived,
Since you had been sacrificed.

When Christ through your life appears,
In glory you be with Him;
As He will wipe away tears,
Sharing His spiritual vim.

Put to death the earthly you,
Mortify as from the earth;
Those passions do not pursue,
Start living in a new birth.

Rid your immorality,
All the evil desire;
Stop any idolatry,
That Satan would require.

God is coming with His wrath,
Where you walk living in them;
He will block within your path,
Abruptly, He will condemn.

You must put them all away,
The blasphemy and obscene;
No longer to go astray,
The lifestyle that had been.

Do not lie to each other,
Throw away the old practice;
Tell the truth to your brother,
Be a godly apprentice.

For your new self, have to put on,
In the image of the Lord;
To start a new day at dawn,
With being in one accord.
