Even from birth the wicked go astray; from the womb they are wayward, spreading lies. Their venom is like the venom of a snake, like that of a cobra that has stopped its ears, that will not heed the tune of the charmer, however skillful the enchanter may be. Please watch your step. Danger (evil) lurks just around the corner. Walk in the Spirit that you may be aware of your surroundings. The world is ready to devour the one who is unprepared, gulp them up into a strangling grasp of lies and deceit. Pray for those who don’t even know what they walk into, oblivious to sin and the hold of the evil one.

The wayward one, the one who walks in sin has done so since birth. They are spiritually dead and do not know the perils to which they succumb. They hear lies, feeding on them, and passing them on to others as well.

There are also wolves in sheep clothing out there. They will lead you to believe that they are believers, but such is not the case.

One must have the Spirit of God indwelling them in order to steer a path on the narrow highway which leads to God’s kingdom. The Holy Spirit shall overcome all that evil throws in the path of the believer.

There will come a day that all who do evil will pay the price for what they do. God will break their teeth, destroy the poison which they unleash, and send them away empty eternally. Live in the promise of knowing that your eternal destiny has been won by the Lord. Allow the Holy Spirit to guide you. You shall not be led astray by the Spirit.
