The Message And The Arm Of The Lord

This was to fulfill the word of Isaiah the prophet: "Lord, who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?" John 12:38 NIV

This prophesy was uttered by Isaiah in Isiah 53:1 The believing the message is lamenting about the lack of multitudes believing the message about the Messiah. The arm of the Lord being revealed refers to the power of God, especially that which is reflected in the life of Jesus Christ. This power is reflected in two other verses from the prophet, appearing in Isaiah 51:9 and Isaiah 52:10

Yes, there is much power in the arm of the Lord.
