God made you for his pleasure, that you may show forth his praise. Who is a single? A single is not one who is not married, but one who is unique, separated and whole.the bible says in the book of Colossians chapter 2 verse10 “and you are complete in him, which is the head of all principalities and power”
God did not make two of you. He made you to specification. There is nobody like you. He made you in his image and after his likeness. There is a reason why you were born. The fact that you are not married does not mean that God is not with you. Marriage will come when you have discovered your uniqueness. “And the Lord God said it is not good that the man should be alone, I will make him an help meet for him”.
God did not say, it is not good that the man be single but alone. To be alone means to be isolated. Adam was the only one in his class. Every beast of the field the Lord made, He made them male and female, but Adam was the only one in his class. God did not release the woman to Adam immediately, He allowed Adam to embrace his purpose and to discover his individuality.
Single, this is the time to prepare yourself. The unmarried woman cares for the things of he Lord that she may be holy both in body and spirit (1cor 7:4). This is the period you have to deepen your walk with God. Marriage is responsibility. Desist from anything that feeds on your energy and turn to the pages of the bible. God is interested in your emotional life. Emotion are strong feelings, it could be a feeling of love hatred, anger, etc. He expects you to be in charge of your emotion. He gave you sexual drive to express it only when you are married. If you have a problem, then you have to control it, you must ask the Lord to help you out of it.
You are to update yourself academically, it is part of making yourself a complete single. Your packaging matters a lot and so you must seize every opportunity to improve yourself. Marriage is 100% you, when you have succeeded in making yourself a complete single, then God will release your own complete to you.
Marriage fails because half-baked singles enter the marriage union. Yours will not elude as you heed to this call.
