          FOR THE SAKE OF REASONING

Straight to the point: I, as one Minister of Jesus Christ who lives in a female body, but am neither male nor female IN THE SPIRIT, am weary, worn, and tattered by the Adamic accusations of some of my male counterparts in ministry, “It was the woman!”

The text under discussion is I Timothy 2: 14:

“And Adam was not deceived, but the woman, being deceived was in the transgression.”

My Bros, many of them, use this verse to support male, what? Superiority? Male intelligence? Male “not guiltiness?” They pick up the subject, make that statement and pass on to the guiltiness of THE WOMAN, and hang out there!

What DO they think they are supporting? It is unknown to me for several reasons.

Let’s put some other Biblical facts to the subject.

Romans 5:12 “For as by one MAN sin entered into the world and death by sin; so death passed upon all men for that all have sinned.”

Which, I ask, is more guilty of rebellion toward God?

Adam is the one God told to not eat of the Tree of The Knowledge of Good and Evil. Genesis 2: 15, 16, 17.

Then God made Eve.

Eve was under the SAME instructions and she is guilty also. BUT which is blatantly more rebellious, to be fooled, deceived, or to out right choose to rebel and KNOW that you are doing it?

With that in mind, let us consider the Apostle Paul referring to himself:

I Timothy 1: 13: “Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I obtained mercy because I did it ignorantly and in unbelief.”

Jesus is not called the Second Eve, since sin entered into the world by her; no, He is called the Second Adam.

I Corinthians 15: 21, 22:

“So you see, just as sin came into the world through a man, now the resurrection from the dead has come through another man.”

“Just as everyone dies because we all belong to Adam, everyone who belongs to Christ will be given new life.”

The account given to us in the Book of Genesis makes it clear that there were no innocents in this equation. Eve sinned, being deceived. Adam sinned, with his eyes wide open and by his choice. Genesis makes it clear that God put judgment on everyone and everything involved; Eve, Adam and the serpent. Genesis, Chapter 3.

We have ALL sinned. We are all guilty of sin by genetic inheritance, we all need a Savior and God has presented Himself, in the MAN body we know as Jesus, to shed human blood for human sins, which were none of His sins, just ours who are human.

The only thing we MUST do to receive eternal life from Jesus is to CONFESS TO HIM THAT WE ARE A SINNER AND ACCEPT HIS GIFT OF ETERNAL LIFE, ASKING Him to come live, by His Holy Spirit, in our hearts.

John 1:12: “But as many as received Him, gave He power to become the sons of God, EVEN to them that believe on HIS NAME.”

THERE are the facts. Yes, yes, Eve sinned but so did Adam, and God doesn’t dwell on Eve as the sole sinner, God includes Adam. Actually, God calls us all ADAM.

Was Eve’s sin more in transgression than Adam’s? Not according to the reasoning of Paul who opposed The Lord in ignorance, and because he did it in ignorance, gained mercy from the Lord.

I Timothy 2: 15: This verse cannot be taught as it is written in this translation, the KJV.

“Notwithstnding she (women, referring to Eve and daughters in the flesh) shall be saved in child bearing, IF they continue in faith and charity and holiness and sobriety.”

No woman is saved by having children. Women are saved exactly as men are saved, by accepting the sacrifice of Jesus’ life and the shedding of His blood for our sins.

God loves His Daughters in the flesh just as He loves His Sons in the flesh; and both Jesus and Paul make it clear that IN THE SPIRIT WE ARE NEITHER MALE OR FEMALE.

Male and female are designations for the marriage relationship.

The Church is not a marriage relationship of the human congregants. IT IS a marriage relationship in that Jesus is the Groom and all we guys and gals are THE BRIDE.

The Church, as a functioning body has nothing to do with gender. Paul makes that clear in Ephesians 6.

We spirits who live on earth in a female body are not less than or more than the spirits who live in male bodies.

Gender is real, the PHYSICAL differences are real; but those differences do not designate us IN THE SPIRIT nor in the Church, or the Ecclesia.
