"Give me Souls Father." 11/12/2020
Father, who am I, that I should preach,
Nor a Pastor to be desired?
But give me souls that have gone astray,
To bar them from Hell's Fire.
Place Your words within my mouth,
Your Spirit within my heart,
Shine Your glory from my face,
They from their sins depart.
Anoint my head with Holy oil,
My hands with healing touch,
My eyes the eyes of Jesus Love,
They'll want Him O' so much.
Let me baptize the castaways,
In the name of the Trinity,
The ones that no one else may want,
Let them see You in me.
Then when my eyes shall close in death,
And my story in Heaven's told,
I did not ask for wealth or fame,
But Lord just give me souls.
Amen.
