Then the man said, “Lord, I believe,” and he worshiped him. John 9:38 NIV
This is wonderful. Upon hearing that he was speaking with the Son of Man, the healed man told the Lord that he did believe and then he worshipped Him.
We tell Christ that we do believe in Him. Do we spend time just worshipping Him for who He is, without regard to asking for something from Him? Christ is who He is regardless of what He does for us individually or collectively. He already sacrificed His life for us that through Him we may have eternal life. Yes, he will answer requests, maybe not in the way we would hope, but in a manner that is best for us.
Spend time worshipping the Lord. It will certainly arouse the Spirit within you!
