Do you need prayer today?

Then let us approach the throne of God together and lay our burdens at His feet. Let us release from our grip the fears and hurts that have seized our emotions.  

Let us cast off the worries of this world that seek to pull us away from the truth of His love, and let us offer them up to Him as our sacrifice of obedience.

"Father, as we come before you, fallen but saved by grace, we admit we cannot live apart from you. Hold on to us so tightly - it would be unbearable to feel separated from you for even one second.

Lord, we have no strength to orchestrate what happens around us. The world looks scary, and we lose sight of your promises in the midst of all the chaos. Hold us close dear Lord, and never let go.

Lord, we have no control over what others do for their own selfish gain, so we pray for the salvation of their souls right now, that these evildoers would bow their hearts to you and stand in awe of your glory, your forgiveness, your mercy, and your long-suffering.

Today Lord, we humble ourselves before you because you are worthy of our praise. You promise to walk with us, and we believe your protection over us is impenetrable, and your perfect love is relentless, unfathomable, and unchanging. We love you today Jesus, and thank you for all you have done.

Take our hearts right now, as we hand them over to you, and have your way in our lives. We are yours, today, and from this day forward, amen."

To anyone reading this: Please take the liberty to send a prayer request and I will pray for you. We need to hold each other up, and others have done it for me in my time of need. That's what friends do for each other. I am here for you.
