It is written in the Prophets: 'They will all be taught by God.' Everyone who has heard the Father and learned from him comes to me. John 6:45 NIV

The two scripture verses that come to mind here are Isaiah 54:13 and Jeremiah 31:33-34. Men of there own will not come to Jesus. Only through receptiveness to the teachings of the Father shall one become aware of the need for a redeemer and Savior and turn to the Lord. God’s teaching is available to man, but man must not be stubborn and have a close-minded heart. The ones who are receptive thus are drawn by the Father to the Son.

Pray that more hearts will be receptive to the Father’s teachings and thus be drawn to the Lord. The eternity of the soul rests in the balance.
