When Winds Bring Troubled Waters

A strong wind was blowing and the waters grew rough. John 6:18 NIV

We all shall face strong winds blowing across waters that are the story of our lives. Waters of life definitely will be troubled at times. Jesus does not promise that we will not face trials and tribulation within the world. So many events in our lives we have no control over.

The question becomes what do we do when we face troubled times. Do we attempt to take things into our own hands and eliminate the troubles? Or do we trust in God and know that whatever comes our way we know that He is with us and will protect us? The choice is each of ours to make. As for me, I would rather rest in the Lord knowing that whatever comes my way I am guided and protected by Him. Why don’t you go ahead and do the same?
