THE WEAKNESS OF ZEAL

I’ll rather be wise with little,

Than accompany great strength with only zeal.

In his prime, a warrior with developed prowess,

Proficiently skilled beyond equals:

Anyways, he harvested few victories.

Had he deployed   wise strategies

He wouldn’t run directly and carelessly

Into the fiery spear that tamed him

Into irrelevance!

Zeal is the order of jetting,

Wisdom is the order of getting.

With zeal, gifts and talents 

Are expended in an unguided manner;

Scattered and flowed

Even into non-needed premises.

But wisdom is the conduit pipe

She channels the abilities to a distinct destination!

The combination of these two,

Is a necessity for greatness;

Where wisdom takes the control!

The duet gives melodies

That accomplishes testimonies!

They are the collaboration of grace

That gives men established places.

The strength of the young

and the wisdom of the elders 

are an incredible team:

They’ll respond in the right direction.

Talent, gift and vison left in the guidance of zeal

Are commission with limitation!

Truth, intelligence and privileges,

Platformed with Only zeal will be clogged.

It is a disaster to monitor fruitfulness with dual

Of zeal and foolishness!

I’ll rather prosecute all by wisdom

 So that zeal and actions are accurately,

metered and mentored.
