Godly Home, Not for strangers

“study to show yourself approved”-

“you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free”

The working of marriage into a Godly home is not for two strangers. Many of us really do not know our spouses as we ought to while we believe we do. This may not aid necessary help needed from our spouses.  the relationship that exist between couples willing to achieve godly and peaceful home must not in any way be similar or the same with that between two strangers. Anything that must be perfectly understood and appreciated must be studied. Marriage involves quite many processes much of which must be studied if the truth in them must be discovered.

 It is very difficult to accept, appreciate, harness opportunities and benefits, help from our spouses and project appropriately the man or woman called your husband or wife if you do not know or understand him or her. This must be preceded by the willingness to want to know him or her so that you can handle each other respectfully and appropriately.

 The understanding of basic characteristics and purposes of a material determine the handling, treatment, processes and application such material may be subjected to unlock the potentials, benefits and beauty within It.

When we attempt to study our spouses, all we should focus on is the search for the Truth about him or her! Unfortunately, a lot of thing happen at home or to our spouses and they present the false impression about their desires, interests, thoughts, ideas, purposes, looks and hopes. However, “the scripture says, and you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free”. The truth will help our various responsibilities toward our spouse. The husband or wife, both must be helped by this and they can strengthen each other in their relationship.

He who values deception will encourage pretence from his or her spouse. The truth about your spouse is necessary. A relationship between two strangers is likely going to be filled will fears, doubts, deceptions, abuses of all sorts, misunderstanding and wastes. Such atmosphere is not appropriate for godly home and raising godly children.  In bid to achieve a godly home, we may need to seek the face of the maker who had compiled the manufacturing manual and carefully and wonderfully built-in some certain features to enable him or her fulfil ultimate purpose.  Any alteration of these will affect his or her happiness.

Every one of us have a self-appraisal or appraisal by some people. These may be true or not.  The present about an individual may have be assessed based on his or her background, experiences (pleasant or not), temperament, exposure, training, culture, traditions and belief system. They together determine the texture of an individual. The texture of everyone is made up of his or her experience, attitude and mindset. These affect virtually everything an individual do, or couples display in their homes.

A lot of us try to live a little about our parent, guardian, mentor and heroes in our homes unconsciously. If these are positive attitudes, that is good. if they are negative, it is unfortunate. A lot of couples demonstrate their fears, doubts and ignorance passively or actively. We should be careful of being blind folded by these!
