1. From the book of II Kings chapters 16-18, who was the Kings of Israel during the times of Micah's prophecy? Who was the last king, and what happened during his reign? This question helps to understand the times in which Micah prophesied.

2. Micah's address is to Samaria and Jerusalem. What is significant about these two places?

3. In chapter 1:5, discuss the sins of Samaria and Jerusalem mentioned in these verses.

4. In chapters 2 and 3, notice the term "That Day". Compare that to the phrase in chapter 4 "in the latter days". How do they differ and what is the most desirable of the two?

5. In chapter 4, notice the change in message contrasted with the first three chapters.

6. In chapter 5, discuss the prophecy which speaks of Jesus the Messiah. What does verse two tell us about him.

7. In chapter 5, discuss the activities surrounding the arrival of this new king.

8. Discuss the contents of chapter 6 to determine the need for this exhortation to move forward.

9. In chapter 7, Micah himself speaks to the people. Discuss what these verses tell us about the man himself and his character.

10. Going back to chapter 6, in verses seven and eight, discuss the characteristics of “true worship”. What are the things that please God mentioned in these verses?
