Grace, joy and charity should go together. Learn to enjoy yourself without constant new stimulations. For example without disgust, rage et cetera. The joy of the Holy Spirit convicts the believers about sin, righteousness and judgement. Literally it changes the personhood. Convey how you got joy unspeakable, full of glory and skill of his loving hands. Joy comes not with explanation but with experience.
