God told no to unholiness. Jesus told no to Satan. Daniel told no to king’s food. Peter told no to Simon Sorcerer money. Job told no to his wife. Joseph told no to Potipher wife. 6 of them are hugely blessed.

But Samson did not tell no to Delilah. Telling no is remedy for stress and strain. Trusting in the Lord makes us to overcome these three.

Firstly Do not fear. Fear is our friend. Fear is immovable neuter of emotion. If no fear it will not. If I don’t fear I am not sure the promises of God. Fear acronym is false evidence appearing real. Fear means about disobediences. Do not fear is the scriptural proposition. Phobias called hydrophobia means fear of water, arithmophobia means fear about numbers and xenophobia means fear about strangers. Overcome fears through the living word of God. God never used fearful persons. Courage comes from the Lord. For God did not give us a spirit of fear and timidity but spirit of power, of love and of sound mind or self-discipline. II Tim. 1:7. Fear is spirit. God and his saints provides courageous. Jesus is the answer for phobias. Joseph the man of integrity, truth and honesty fled from prompting Potipher wife even though it need to him to pay a great price, prison gaol barracks chains dungeon behind bars. Daniel dared den of lions. His three friends namely Shadrach Meshach and Abednego dared blazing furnace. David killed Goliath. Nathan corrected King David.

Secondly Do not worry. Prayer is antidote to worry. Do not be anxious about anything but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving present your requests to God and the shalom of God which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Do true noble right pure lovely admirable excellent and praise worthy. Phil. 4. By worrying you cannot add one cubit to your stature or single hour to your life. Jesus told birds do not worry for feeding and grass flowers do not worry for dressing. And he told seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be added unto you as well. Matt. 6. There is workaholic means work is the answer to worry. This is wrong because only answer is found in Lord Jesus Christ. Alcoholics can replace the inner boredom with Jesus. Only Jesus can replace the inner emptiness but people try different bad substitutes. Only Jesus can satisfy the longings of human heart. Worry about gospel producing events. Jesus is the answer for holics.

Lastly Do not forget. Count your blessings name them one by one. Count your blessings see what God has done. Regression means attempt to forget. Repression means to forget longer time. Forget for balance is sweet-lemon. Forget to blame is sour-grape. Remember is the key word in book of Nehemiah. Nehemiah told Israelites broke the oaths they made about not renting temple premises, failing to pay tithes, desecrating sabbaths and marrying pagans. Therefore he told remember the height from which you have fallen. Cross bearing results in fruit bearing. If you remain in Jesus you will bear much fruit - fruit that lasts apart from me you can do nothing. People do not care how much you know until they know how much you care. If anybody helps you, you have to repay him in the exact and general demand of the generation today. How pathetic beggars we are when promises are hindered. Holy Spirit which Father sends in Jesus name reminds the teachings of Jesus.

Jesus came with promise of personal touch. He has physical connection to the loss. And this loss can be real, imaginary or threatened. Deal the reality of loss happening. You need to overcome these three needed negatives. Be very careful then how you live not as unwise but as wise making the most of every opportunity because the days are evil. Eph. 5:15-16. No in all these we are more than overcomers through him who loved us. Rom. 8:37.
