Yet The Life For Eternity When Shall We Care For?
O how much more are we halting to live more of mortality,
How much more an attempt being made to avoid any fatality,
Yet the life for eternity when shall we care for?
Unavoidable it shall come soon nigh us
Let us be wise to fear the King,
Let us mend our ways in everything,
Let us change the songs until now we did sing,
Praises to the Lord, may our lives truly bring
God has set a day for all good to appear,
When He shall wipe away all our tears
His plan are truly wonderful to behold,
His mercies are boundless and untold
The plague will stop as in repentance we seek,
The blessed face of God in holiness and truth,
God of all love is merciful forever,
His mighty grace shall bring us forth.
